June 17

my name is lucifer

my name is lucifer
light-bringer, love-barer
i am the lighthouse
peacebone, wave waker

one brilliant shining star
devil to a black veil bride
i wander dim lit roads
finding self with every stride

be not afraid, don't hate me
nor my lightning bow
what truth burns away
leaves the way truth alone

and my way is love
and the truth is you
your name is lucifer
you light my world up too
